The use of linear modules:
1. The use environment temperature should not exceed 80 degree , and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 100 degree
2. When removing or replacing the slider from the linear guide rail, please use the false rail to assist in the installation, and do not remove the slider from the guide rail when it is not necessary.
3. Use in special environments, such as: frequent vibration, high powder layer, high and low temperature, please contact Gaogong.
Storage:
When storing the linear guide, please be sure to coat it with anti-rust oil and seal it in the designated envelope, and place it horizontally, and avoid high, low temperature and high humidity environments.
Take:
1. The slider and linear guide may fall due to their own weight after tilting, please be careful.
2. Knocking or breaking the linear guide, even if the damage is not visible on the outside, it may cause engineering losses. Please be careful.
3. Do not disassemble the slider by yourself, because foreign matter may enter the linear guide or adversely affect the assembly accuracy.
4. When transporting heavy linear guides, please use more than 2 people or use transport equipment to avoid possible personal injury or damage to the workpiece.
5. Pay attention to prevent foreign matter and foreign matter from causing malfunction, damage and functional loss of the slider.
lubricating:
1. Please wipe off the anti-rust oil first and then seal in the lubricating oil for use.
2. Do not mix lubricating oils with different properties.
3. When lubricating oil is used, it will vary with different installation methods, please contact the senior engineer first.
4. After filling the lubricant, first push the slider back and forth for at least 3 strokes of the slider length, repeat this action more than 2 times, and confirm whether there is an even coating on the surface of the linear guide.
